I've let the computer run with the fan at the high CPU thinking maybe its Windows update, but having it go for an hour or more seems excessive.
Now I'm experiencing the same thing again, and the symptoms come and go, there will be days were it runs hard, than days where it is quiet as a cat. I had someone help me, but after a few scans, the result was a clean bill of health and that I should switch over to FireFox, which I did.
Hello, I posted in malware removal a week or two earlier, for a problem that my laptop was running extra hard, 100% CPU usage, right on start up, full battery just draining, fan's running non-stop.
